This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
What did you think? It's mostly stuff drawn maybe eight years ago still... But most of the pin ups are new. It'll be updating pretty constantly for a bit.
8 years?! Damn, I don't think I have anything that old I'd be brave enough to show, props. I think if you put anything new up you'd benefit from doing a bit of inking, the sketchy line work clashes with the text a tad too much. If you don't want to ink it you could probably just do some digital lettering to clean up the text, that way the line work wouldn't be as distracting. But damn, two updates a day is crazy!
Inking? ...I don't know that I know what you mean. I do ink. It's all by hand. I've only ever used photoshop when something was from my Montserrat days (when I was diagnosed with Madelungs deformity in my arms) and it's completely unreadable or if I completely forgot to color something (which is rare). I never scan any penciled drawings for the comics...? So if it's too sketchy there's really not much I can do unless I just gave it over to someone else and I'm not willing to do that. Some days it's drawn well and some days it looks like shit and I'm fine with that. It's certainly not what I'll be getting my doctorate in.
Its basically going over the initial drawing with an ink pen or brush to give it a finer line (some people use photoshop to ink too). What do you use when you go over your pencils normally? Looks like ballpoint to me but I don't have the best set of peepers. a fountain pen and some india ink just gives a little more line weight, not that you can't get that with ballpoint, it's just not as easy.
